Due to the custom and handmade nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each set is made to order with care and attention to detail, based on the sizing and design selections provided by the customer. Please ensure all sizing and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and offer a replacement if applicable.

Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
Improper application or removal
Normal wear and tear after use
Delays caused by shipping carriers
